The problem
A personal-injury claim runs for months and passes through many stages, and clients are left wondering where theirs stands. The firm wanted clients to see their own progress, send evidence the moment something happens, and reach their lawyer, without adding a stream of phone calls to the lawyers' day.
The approach
- 01Built a client app centred on a claim timeline: each milestone shows what it means, what the client needs to do, and the typical turnaround.
- 02Added evidence capture so clients can record what happened, where and when, and attach files or photos straight from the phone.
- 03Built a separate lawyer app that receives those claims and reports, organised as a task list per matter.
- 04Connected the two with secure chat, a shared calendar and push notifications.
- 05Included a video library that walks clients through each stage of a claim.

Delivered as a pair of production apps, so a client can check the status of a claim or submit evidence without calling the firm.
