Your details, in plain words.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, your email address, what you need, your budget, your message, and anything you picked on the contact screen.

To stop automated spam, the form also uses your connection's address for a short while, to limit how many messages one visitor can send in an hour, and runs a spam check that may look at your browser.

How we use it

Only to reply to you about your project. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who else handles it

Your message is delivered by Resend, an email service, to the Mithiin inbox. The spam check is run by Cloudflare Turnstile. Each handles your details only to do that job.

The confirmation we email you comes from the same service and repeats nothing you typed.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our inbox for as long as we are talking about your project, and for our records after that. The connection address used to limit sending is held in memory for about an hour and is never written down.

The rest of the site

The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The animated videos on the services page are YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which sets no cookies until you press play.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected, or to have them deleted, by emailing support@mithiin.tech. We reply within a few working days.

We are based in the Philippines and handle personal details under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
