Requests approved line by line
A site team raises a material request. Each line is reviewed for quantity, marked as coming from stock or from a purchase order, and approved by the owner. The request records who did each step.
Supplier quotes compared before buying
A purchase order collects quotes per material from registered suppliers. Lines with fewer than three quotes are flagged, and prices are fixed only when a supplier is chosen.
Shortfalls recorded at delivery
Dispatched stock sits in an in-transit state until the site confirms what arrived. Receiving less than was sent requires a reason, and the delivery is marked as a discrepancy.
Budgets with warning thresholds
Each project carries its contract budget, retention and milestone dates. Spend is compared against warning and critical thresholds set per project.
Every change in an audit log
Creates, updates, deletions and stock movements are logged with who did them and when.
