An internal web dashboard where Seek staff review reported businesses and products, take listings down, manage user accounts, and maintain the categories and tags the mobile app is built on.
Highlights
Reports reviewed with their evidence
Staff open a report to see the reason, the reporter's note and any evidence, then resolve or dismiss it with a note. A business can be taken down in the same step.
Every listing, searchable and filterable
The business directory filters by status and category and shows each listing's owner and open report count.
The full record for one business
A detail page gathers a listing's description, location, contact details, hours, categories, payment methods and photos.
Old app versions can be forced to update
A minimum supported version is set per app and platform. Installs below it are made to update before they can continue.
