The problem
Marketplace delivery apps put the marketplace first. Brew9 needed the opposite: an ordering app that belongs to the business, so it can run its own promotions, issue its own vouchers and keep its own customers through a loyalty programme, while still offering ordering, delivery and tracking as polished as the big apps.
The approach
- 01Built the customer app in React Native: product browsing, ordering, checkout and on-demand delivery.
- 02Integrated Google Maps for delivery addresses and live order tracking.
- 03Built the revenue features: an e-wallet with top-ups, multi-step payment flows, and a voucher and promotion system the business controls.
- 04Added membership tiers with points and rewards to bring customers back.
- 05Wired push notifications through OneSignal for order status updates.
The result
Delivered as a production app covering ordering, payment, delivery tracking and loyalty in one place, alongside a companion kiosk app for in-store orders.
