After submitting, each verification shows where it stands on the home screen: pending, awaiting approval or verified.

Phone number lookup, photo verification, age verification, a live message filter and live caller ID each open from the home screen, with a badge while a verification is pending.
Private messaging that cleans up after itself
Conversations show who is online, can be favourited, blocked or annotated with notes, and purge their messages after a set number of days.
The problem
Identity verification asks a lot of a user: permissions, a clear selfie, specific photos and a recorded video. Every confusing step loses people, and this app's users speak different languages. The flow had to be strict enough to produce usable verification data and clear enough that people finish it.
The approach
- 01Built a step-by-step onboarding that explains each stage before asking for it, starting with a language choice across seven languages.
- 02Requested camera and location access at the moment they are needed, each with a plain explanation of why.
- 03Built guided capture: a selfie, prompted photos, and a short video in which the user says a given phrase.
- 04Showed clear submitted, processing and verified states so users know where they stand.
- 05Built the tools that verification unlocks: phone number lookup, message filtering and call screening.
